Located near the serene Aare Ware beach in Maharashtra, just 2KM away from the popular Ganpatipule beach, this resort offers picturesque views of the Konkan coast. Spacious rooms with a balcony, good amenities like a swimming pool, tennis & basketball courts, and an activity room. The staff is courteous, and the food at the restaurant is tasty.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items and the coffee was delicious. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The pool was a bit small and crowded, and the towels were in short supply. The staff seemed a bit overworked and it took a while to get assistance.

What a wonderful place to spend New Year's Eve! The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and had great amenities, including a pool and a children's play area. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed several local dishes during our stay.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The hot water in the rooms was not consistent, and there were instances where we did not have running water for a few hours.
